After a month of being extremely tired after work, today I decided it was enough. I had stopped working out when I got a job because I don’t have time first thing in the morning and I just didn’t feel like doing anything when I come home from work, but I decided to stop making excuses today. It’s been over a month since I stopped doing anything and  I can’t keep putting it off. Every day I see one of my old blog post, motivating myself and readers to keep going, don’t give up and stop making excuses and I finally decided to listen to my own advice.

Where is that unstoppable Maria?

Well, she’s working but that doesn’t mean she can’t do anything when she gets home from work. She can work, come home, cook, eat and get some energy and then work out. It really hadn’t occurred to me that I could do that, I just always thought I should do it the other way around and was always too tired and hungry to work out when I got home.

But today I switched things up, I had a very early dinner and got the energy I needed to do my half hour workout with YouTube. Right now I feel better than I have every other night this week, I’m tired but I feel good. Let’s just see how I feel tomorrow.

  1. You’re so right, Kiki. I am going to stop being lazy and sad, get off my big flabby butt and workout today. I will also take Perla (my canine child) out for her daily walks. I usually walk her once early in the morning and again in the late afternoon to the little park I front of my house, but I haven’t taken her out for two days and she’s miserable and depressed.

Kiss Sandy, Indy, Lego and Robin for me. And thank you for always inspiring me to be better. 😍❤🐕🐾

      1. That’s right! Whenever I workout, I feel great, like recharged, and with lots of energy. I’ll be sore the next day, but happier and more energetic. Exercise is a must for the body and the mind also.
