I ran for fifteen minutes today and I am both proud and regretting it. I’m proud of myself because I haven’t been running that much and I barely worked out last week and this week. I’m also surprised I could do this; I almost quit 5 minutes in, then seven, then ten, but once I was over 12 I decided to see how much longer I could make it. By 15 my feet were hurting so I decided to stop there, but I couldn’t believe it.

Having barely worked out for over a week, I didn’t think I would be able to make it out of there doing the entire workout. I did and I did extra cardio before the workout and after. 

Now my legs and feet hurt, but that’s what I get for taking it easy for a few days.
