This year we’re all going to be in better shape right?
We’re all going to the gym and working out? Were gonna loose that weight we gained during the holidays?
It’s not gonna be like last year when you said it and that enthusiasm only lasted for a few weeks, maybe a few months. Everything hurts when you try to use the elliptical or try to do some lunges, and don’t even get me started on weights. You can barely pick up those same ones you could easily lift in November.
But don’t get discouraged and don’t regret those amazing family dinners with arroz con gandules, lechón, morcilla, pasteles, and coquito. My advice? Take it day by day and you’ll be there by next November. Oh and don’t quit!
