Yesterday I did the sixth and last video of the Train to Row a Fast 2000 Meters Challenge on Apple Fitness. This was the second challenge I started but didn’t finish and was pushing myself to finish in October. I’m so proud and happy to have finished both challenges with a week to spare, not rushing to finish at the last minute. 

If I counted correctly, I have done 8 Apple Fitness Collections so far this year. The original goal was to complete one each month this year. Because I got distracted and fell behind at the end of the summer I’m not sure I will get to 12 by December. I’ll have to do two in November and two in December, maybe even start another one before October is over. 

These workouts and now running have been great tools to help me get back up, and even get me back to my first love, writing. I feel more focused on what I want to do, more inspired and eager to set new goals and achieve them.
