Getting better requires sleep

I don’t remember saying this, but if I wrote it, it must be true.  This photo should be added to my blog post from July 21, 2015 “Deep down inside, I am still not a morning person”.  It clearly expresses my anger after being in this accident.  I still had unresolved issues with this whole epilepsy thing and was not used to going to sleep and waking up early.

It took me a while, but as I said on the post; “This is me now, early morning Kiki.”

Deep down inside, I am still not a morning person

I am much better now, and the best thing about it is that I am confortable with waking up early in the morning and going to sleep early at night.  This is one thing that has helped me control my epilepsy.  If I keep it up I can make it to a year.
