I cannot say I have been doing everything I can to stay in shape because that is just not true, but I have been making some changes. I wanted to go to the gym five times a week, and my aim every week is to do that, but that’s not always posible; at least I went for 4 days and that’s a big improvement from 1 or 2. Todays I went to the Cheesecake Factory instead, but I’m going to the gym tomorrow morning, I think. I have continued going to the X-Bike classes and I really think that’s making a big difference. I feel better, I get tired, but I think I’m even sleeping better; not that I was ever having sleeping problems, I just feel better.

I think I have more energy and I just feel like I’m in a better mood. I don’t know what it is but I’m happy to be feeling this way.

P.s. I know it’s already Friday but this is so cute!
