Surviving a TBI means a lot of different things and it brings a lot of changes to our lives. It not only changes our lives and what we are capable of doing but messes with our feelings, the way we see things and react to things. I snapped at my family and friends for very stupid reasons, this led me to look for help from a psychiatrist, was prescribed a much needed anti-depressant.

It got better, a lot better, but it’s important for everyone to understand the emotional changes we face. It’s not something we ask for or can control. Read more about these confusing feelings.
