Today I began the Strengthen and Stretch you Back and Hips. After I finished, I spent way too long counting and recounting to realize this is my 9th Apple Fitness Challenge or Collection. As I tried to count how many I had finished and kept getting confused, I realized that in the beginning of the year, the point of doing this was providing to myself that I had the discipline and determination to finish these tasks. I wanted to finish one each month, but that wasn’t the point. Nothing happened during those months I forgot to start a new collection. Life went on.

After I started this one today, I realized , I don’t care anymore; I’m just going to do my best to finish this and I’m pretty sure it won’t be my last, but I’m not going to push myself to complete one each month. I’m doing this for me and for fun, not to keep a record.

This one is not a very long challenge but it is a little intense. I didn’t realize it included three videos a day when I chose it, but now that I started, I have to finish it. Each of the days we do a strength, core and yoga video, 10 minutes, each. I also like to do at least 10 minutes of cardio.

The good thing is, I had pain in my neck all day, but after the yoga video, I feel a lot better. My neck barely hurts anymore.
