I made it halfway into the 30-Day Core Challenge! I have been following it religiously and haven’t skipped a day, not even on weekends when I usually don’t workout.

I thought I was going to be tired of this pretty soon after starting but that has not been the case. These workouts are short and compared to other types of workouts seem easy, even though they are not, they’re just not high intensity. But after doing then for 17 days, I do see and feel the difference.

The first 15 day were only five minute of core workouts, but the last 15 days are ten minutes. If I noticed a difference in only five minutes, I can’t wait to see what the results after ten minutes a day are.

I need to start looking for what challenge I’m going to do when I’m done with this one.
