I finished Introduction to Artificial Intelligence, the first class towards the IBM Generative AI Engineering Professional Certificate.

It’s a lot of fun learning about something that I use everyday and so many things I didn’t think were AI. It is a lot of information and a little difficult to keep track of, but the great thing about these online classes is that I learn at my own pace and the courses are short so I don’t get all the information at once. Learning like this is great for someone who has a short attention span and a little difficulty remembering things.
There were a lot of terms used in this class that I need to take another look at and find a way to remember because I know I will see them again in the other classes. There are 15 more classes left to get the certificate so I still have a long way to go, but I’m excited to keep learning.
In addition to this, I signed up to take sewing classes in July. I have only done this once, being watched carefully by my aunt, who is an expert. I don’t really know what to expect from these classes but there’s nothing wrong with learning a new skill.
I’ll be happy if I can successfully sew the hem on a piece of fabric and can fix my pants, shirts or dresses by myself.
And before I forget, today is #nokingsday. If you can’t attend any peaceful protest or an event near you, let your voice be heard. The defiance, deportations, disappearances and attacks on civil rights have gone too far. Join the millions of Americans in defiance and peacefully take back your democracy.

Those of you, like me, who won’t be able to attend any peaceful protest today, let’s show as much support as we can through social media.

Congratulations, Kiki— that’s fantastic! 👏😘ericraffnyc@gmail.com917-566-9225
