Yesterday afternoon, I successfully completed my third 5K this year. This one was called the 5k Criollo by the Foundation Criollos 13 in Caguas. This was the second 5k I did after the TBI. I didn’t have help on this one, I did it all by myself. It took me like 50 or 55 minutes; something like that.
