So I’m not really sure how long this social distancing has been because I don’t know when I should have started counting. Was it Sunday or Monday? It doesn’t really matter anyway because it doesn’t change the fact that we can’t go out.

I’m not complaining about this, I actually think it has been good for me. I think I have been working out more than I have in a very long time. I’m trying to see if I can use this time to lose some weight, not too much but drop a few pounds and try to get into better shape again.

We can all use this time to do things we never do, in fact I did something I never do today. I usually don’t wash my own dishes, I just throw them in the dishwasher but I didn’t have anything to do after dinner so why not wash my own dishes? It’s so stupid that I never do it because I can’t spare a couple of minutes but today I washed them because I wanted something to do.

There really are a million things to do around the house and not be bored, if you don’t have work to do an are bored:

  • Clean
  • Read a book
  • Workout
  • Cook
  • Talk to your family
  • Write
  • Do laundry
  • Clean your house
  • Do the dishes
  • Paint
  • Play with your pets
  • Catch up on movies

And there’s a million other things, those are just the ones that come to mind right now. Don’t worry because we’re all in this together. Well, not actually together because of the social distancing but you know what I mean.
