Exercising in the morning is the best. This forces you to wake up and then you can just rest when you come home from work.

This morning I finished working out before I had lunch and before I went to work, so now that I’m tired I don’t have anything to worry about, I can’t just sit on the couch and write.

And because I wasn’t tired I was able do more that I usually do. I walked a little first, I did some videos on YouTube and then walked and ran for one hour.

It’s hard to do that much after going to work, especially when you work all day. This is something else that can help me continue to exercise, having at least one or two days a week when I can do this in the morning.

Days like today help keep me motivated.
