The first week of blogging after exercising has been a success. I have been able to work out every day this week. I didn’t blog last night but I did exercise. And finally today, when I was tired and just wanted to be lazy, I decided to get up and walk to at least let go of the stress of the day and the rest of the week.
I didn’t do that much, I was just on the treadmill for 45 minutes. I walked for most of them, ran a and power walked a little just to complete a mile.
That’s it, I didn’t really feel the need or hurry to complete two miles. I think one was more than enough for the last day of the week, right?
That’s when I realized, I did it! I exercised all of the five days of the work week. I made it! I completed the goal I set for this week, so now what?
Well first I try to make it six days and exercise on Saturday too. I still don’t know how that will go, I’ll let you know tomorrow. Sunday is easy because it’s rest day, which I’m excited about and then I start again on Monday for another week.
I need to set a goal every week, like I did this week. If I just set small goals every week, it will be easier to keep track and complete them. I think that’s how I’m going to stick to it.
