I did it, I finished the 30-Day Core Challenge on Apple Fitness!

When I started the challenge I imagined myself hating the core workouts after one or two weeks but it wasn’t really the struggle I thought it would be. I’m not saying it’s easy, the first week was very difficult and holding a plank or a shoulder tap is was never an easy task, especially after a 30 minute workout.

It does get less difficult every time you do this and you can see and feel the difference. There core workouts don’t necessarily have to be long but this past month I saw that if you stick to them, like anything workout, you will have and see results.

I will continue doing my core workouts everyday for just five or ten minutes and soon I’ll let try one of the 20 minute videos, hopefully I can finish it.

Now let’s see what challenge I want to do next…
