This is it, week four of the Four Week Cardio Boost with HIIT Challenge. I did the first of this final weeks three workouts today, meaning I only have two workouts left in this challenge.

I’m sure I could have done better if I had been able to wake up in time this morning, but for some reason today was one of those days that I just completely ignored the alarm. I did three workouts videos one of them was the challenge HIIT video, after work.

I was dreading it all day, even though I’m the one pushing myself to do this. Since I don’t like being disappointed or regretting not doing something later, I just did it.

It was only 20 minutes but I did two more videos after, ten minutes each. This morning I was a little disappointed at how I had started week four or just this week in general but in the end I pushed myself to do more than I expected.
