On Monday, I began week 3 of the 4 week Cardio Boost with HIIT challenge on Apple Fitness. Two of the three workouts in the challenge this week are 20 minutes long, the first and the last one. I already did the first one on Monday and was planning on doing the second one this morning, which was 10 minutes long, but I was very tired this morning when I woke up at 6. I was kind of in a hurry because I was already running a little late so I didn’t pay close attention to what video I chose.

I noticed something was wrong when I was 10 minutes into the workout and it still wasn’t over. At that moment I thought I was just confused when I thought today was only ten minutes. That was until I got to a part in the workout I remembered doing last week. But by the time I realized I was doing the second video from Week 2 instead of Week 3 which was 20 minutes long , I was almost done so I finished the video.

After that I didn’t have time to do the right video for today and barely had time to do core. I decided I would do core when I got home from work in the afternoon. I wasn’t completely sure I would do it and I doubted myself a few times during the day whether I would really do it or not but I just needed at least 10 minutes of core to complete at least 30 minutes of exercise.

Finally, I really shouldn’t have doubted myself because I didn’t even think about it when I got home. I didn’t do the core video right away because I did the correct HIIT video I had planned on doing today. After I finished I went on to do a 20 minute Core Video.

In the end getting confused in the morning wasn’t so bad because I ended up working out for 50 minutes today instead of the usual 30 or 40.
