I just realized this afternoon that the month is just about to end and I completely forgot about the Apple fitness challenges. I was so focused on running that I completely forgot I was going to try to do one, maybe two, in each of the last two months of the year. 

If I had started earlier this month, I could have definitely finished two collections this month, but with only five days I didn’t think I could find any. I was surprised when I found one that just takes four days and decided to start it right away. 

The Get your shoulders in great shape collection, has eight videos, four strength and four mindfulness. You do two each day so it’s only four days. Since I started today, I only have six videos or three days left.

I think I’ll have to  finish in December, but it doesn’t matter. I just want to finish what I set out to do at the beginning of the year. I missed two months, but I want to get these last two months. 

Oh, and Indy is doing a lot better. We won’t know exactly her hip is until Wednesday, but she looks a lot better.
