I spent all morning looking for some help online to make my own workout routine; this left me at the same place I started, with no idea what I was doing, or how to do it. I thought it would be easy when I set out to do it, I have been given enough routines in the gym to know by now what I need to do, and I thought Google would help me find tons of examples. I did find a lot of websites about working out, but not what I was looking for.
They either gave me a lot of information I was not looking for, or I had to buy the routine. I’m trying to make my own so I don’t have to pay others to make the routine for me.
But I will figure out a way to do this on my own. I’m not a coach or trainer so it will be a little bit of a struggle, but it will be fun. I know I can do this but it will take a little bit longer than I thought, like doing anything else for the first time. I couldn’t do a 5k in 43 minutes the first time, but now I can (Sorry, still celebrating that).
