I waited until the end of the day to exercise today so I thought I would probably just do a half an hour on the bicycle and be done with it. I didn’t feel like putting that much effort into it. Who wants to exercise on Saturday afternoon? Not me, I thought, but I wanted to be done with it.
The forced half an hour workout ended up being an hour long without noticing.
All it takes is listening to music, it makes a dull bike ride very interesting, allowing you to go faster, slower and feel like you’re going uphill or downhill, even if you’re in your living room.
It was a great way to end a pretty successful second week!
