I wanted to take it easy today so I was hoping the video for today was an easy one, but I forgot it’s Friday and Friday is double day in the Focus T25 routine. This means you do two videos, or 50 minutes, instead of the regular 25. This doesn’t mean you have to do it, it’s just a suggestion but if you want to do it right you should do it. I want to do this right so I did both videos.
The first video was Lower Focus us, this means there were a lot of squats and lunges. I hate lunges so I really didn’t enjoy those first 25 minutes very much, but I did it.
The second one was cardio and that one is fine, well it usually is, except when you do it after doing Lower Focus. It’s hard to run when your legs are tired. I guess that’s the point though, making you do different routines and combinations of routines that push you to the maximum.
At least Saturday is the rest day. I think I have earned this after this intense first week. It has really been difficult, more difficult than the first time because back them I wasn’t working, I could just wake up exercise and just relax for the rest of the day. Now its very different but I survived my first week. But I think I can do this, I think I can finish this and do all ten rounds.
