Today we walked more than we did on Thursday and we finished our walk faster. Next time we’re aiming to walk a little more, maybe like 2.30 miles. It’s not a lot more but if we increase little by little we can get to three miles pretty soon.
I also managed to do 25 more minutes after the walk.

Im very tired right now but it’s all worth it and I enjoy those walks with my mom, pushing each other to do better. I think every day I’m doing better because I feel better and it gets easier every day.

Doing your best is all that counts and what helps you do better every time.
