Since I finished the 30-Day Core Challenge in the beginning of February I’ve wanted to try another of the Apple Fitness Challenges, but I hadn’t decided which one I wanted to do. There are a lot of challenges to choose from but I wanted to do something different than the first one I did.

I chose the 14-Day HIIT and Strength Challenge. This one is a lot shorter than the other one but it will be a lot more challenging because all of the videos are 30 minutes long. Every day you switch between HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) and Strength. The Strength videos include the use of dumbbells and include videos for upper body, lower body and total body strength.

I know this challenge I chose will be difficult because these are all tough videos and doing one every day for 14 days be exhausting. I usually don’t do more than two strength videos per week and just do one HIIT and at least one day do a lower impact video. I also rest on weekends.

I started the challenge earlier today and now that I’m writing this I’m having some doubts about my decision, but I like to finish what I started and now I only have 13 day to go. I also have to do a core workout. I have continued to do them every day, even on weekends for at least five minutes.
