I’m happy to say that I finished the 14-Day HIIT and Strength Challenge on Apple Fitness. This is the second challenge I have tried and finished, so far.

I took a one day break after the first seven days of the challenge but if I didn’t, I don’t think I would have finished. I thought that would make it difficult for me to start again for the last seven days of the challenge, already knowing that it was not easy and tiring but it was the opposite. That one day rest where I did a Yoga video was all I needed and after that the challenge felt easier.

The last seven videos were still the same intensity as the first seven but the second week was more fun and didn’t feel like such a struggle. My arm didn’t hurt anymore either; maybe that’s why it didn’t feel like a struggle. It did bother me sometimes while I was exercising but not as much and never after I was done. Maybe this is also why I don’t feel as tired as I thought I would be.

Even though I normally workout, these challenges have helped me see that I can still achieve any goal I set, no matter if it’s for two weeks, a month or maybe longer. I still don’t know what challenge I want to do next, but there are a lot of options and I want to take it easy before I start a new one.
