I was right when I said I was going to regret saying that I would write about my workouts to force myself to exercise. I didn’t want to walk when I got home from work but I didn’t want to quit on the second day. That’s the complete opposite of unstoppable.

Today I got on the stationary bike for 40 minutes. I only intended to do 30 minutes so I’m really proud of myself.

So day two was a success, tomorrow is another day but I’m supposed to have time in the morning if I wake up on time.
