I did it, I exercised for six days straight. I completed my six days of exercising this morning on the stationary bike. I didn’t push myself too hard but I did exercise for 45 minutes. I think that’s good enough for the sixth day.
Tomorrow is my well deserved rest day before I get started for another tough week on Monday. I proved to myself I could do it one week so I just have to keep going, and keep telling myself “you can do it”! If I did it once, I can do it again.
