Today I had all day to do whatever I wanted and I had a few things in mind. Before doing anything else I wanted to exercise and get that done in the morning, then I would have the rest of the day to do everything else.

I didn’t do anything else. I started at 10 this morning and finished at 4. I’m not really sure what took me so long but I was not exercising for six hours. It was just two hours and 25 minutes with long breaks in between each exercise.

One hour on the bicycle
The video was 25 minutes but I stopped the timer on my watch and forgot to turn it back on. This is why I almost never stop it even if I stop the video to drink water or rest.
I was also on the treadmill for an hour. I walked most of the time but also ran for a few minutes.

This is what happens when you can’t go anywhere; I had no rush to do anything else. Tomorrow I’m going to start and finish exercising in the morning without long breaks in between and I won’t be on the bicycle and treadmill for so long either. Maybe that way I can do other stuff during the day.
