I just finished the first part of the ChaLEAN Extreme program. This program includes four different four week resistance training calendars. The one I just finished is called Burn Phase

It did take me longer than four weeks because I had Mycoplasma when I was starting the third week, but I jumped back in after I recovered so it just put me behind for two weeks.

Tomorrow I’m starting the Push phase. I don’t know how different this month will be than last month or if it will be more difficult, all I know is that I will always make it as intense as I can. But, I’m kind of hoping they do get more difficult or at least push me to work harder.

I’m really looking forward to starting this new routine tomorrow.
