I did it! I finished the 60 Minute Cardio, Strength and Yoga Collection on Apple Fitness . Took me longer than I had planned but as I said a few weeks ago, I finished it in October.

Doing this challenge today, also gave me a chance to run, as the cardio video I had left was on the treadmill. I could choose either walking or running but since I started running with the coach, I haven’t run other than the two days I went to the track. I should have done at least something else during the weekend but I was still tired from last week.

After the 20 minute treadmill video, there was a full body strength video. This only required one dumbbell so it was pretty easy. After forty minutes of running and strength, it felt great to stretch with the Slow Flow Yoga video. After all that I still wanted to do a quick 5 minute Core video. It wasn’t part of the Collection but I did it anyway.

Even though today was a holiday, I didn’t get much rest, but I am happy I got to do all that I wanted to do today.
