Alright, so I think I’m going to make it through the first week of Focus T25 Beta, tired, but I’ll make it. I got through it a little later than I hoped yesterday but I did it. Before that I did some cardio on the stationary bike but I didn’t walk after.

Today, after a pretty relaxed and fun day at work (I did a few Christmas themed crafts), I went for a run. I thought it might be difficult because I haven’t been doing a lot of running lately but it actually went pretty wall. I completed 2.5 miles in 37.59 minutes. I did the first one in 13 minutes but the second one took me longer.

It had been a couple of weeks since we ran after work but I’m happy that I’m still getting better at it. Running with others, even while you’re keeping distance from them, motivates you to keep going and do better. They give you hints to do better and it makes you want to do better because you don’t want to look weak in front of them, at least for me.

When I got home I still did today’s video, but just that, I had already done enough cardio for the day.
