The Asylum program didn’t work out either. I lost count of how many I have tried in the las few months. There were a few reasons why this one didn’t last either, among those being the job at Old Navy, Holiday distractions, a little confusion with the workout calendar and that I don’t have all the equipment needed.

I know how it sounds, excuses, excuses and more excuses. It just wasn’t the right time to do this program, maybe I’ll try again some other time but right now, I just wasn’t getting the hang of it and didn’t have the time to get it right.

So today I started another one called PiYo, which I had been thinking about trying for a while. PiYo is a combination of Pilates and Yoga and from the first video I did today called The Fundamentals, I know this is going to take a lot of strength and focus even though it’s a low impact program.

Yoga and Pilates both have many benefits including stress relief, relaxation, improved balance, strength, flexibility, muscle control and posture.

I’m excited to see the results of this program.
