After eight long weeks, I finished the PiYo/T25 Hybrid Program yesterday. It feels like that program was longer than two months instead of just eight weeks but I enjoyed doing those two very different routines together. At times they both felt just as difficult, even though they are very different.

I this that’s what I enjoyed the most about it, the difference between them; going from a very fast workout one day to a relaxing one the next.

After finishing that program this weekend, I started a new one today. The first video was only 20 minutes so I can’t say I got a good sense of what it’s really going to be like. I’ll now better in a few days but I’m tired so I think that’s a good sign. It means I did my best and that can never be wrong. You only fail when you don’t try and I plan to try.
