This week I didn’t feel any symptoms of Mycoplasma so I decided it would be a good idea to start exercising again. I knew that after not doing anything for one week and just a few recovery videos last week, it wasn’t going to be easy to start again, and I was right. But I’m happy I did something last week, even if it wasn’t a lot, because I was still recovering and I read that you shouldn’t rush it, but it would have been a lot worse if I didn’t do anything last week.

The program I’m doing now uses a lot of resistance training and even though my dumbbells are not heavy, I prefer to take it easy this week and only use the three and five pound dumbbells, and not using the ten pound dumbbells yet. One of the videos I did today included more cardio and to my surprise I was able to keep up pretty well but the core video didn’t go as well.

I don’t know if that had anything to do with not working out for two weeks, the mycoplasma, the pizza and ice cream I had earlier today or that I was tired because I worked out in the afternoon today. Whatever it was that made it more difficult, didn’t make it impossible; I still finished the two videos scheduled for today and plan on doing tomorrow’s video too.
