I’m proud of myself today. I thought maybe I wouldn’t be able to work out today because it was so hot, around 93 degrees Fahrenheit, but I did it! Just half an hour, with three fans pointed at me, the windows open, and drinking a lot of water.

Yesterday I exercised in a room with air conditioning because I didn’t need that much space, but today I did need a lot of space for the HIIT workout.

I’m thinking about waking up a little bit earlier to workout in the morning, hoping that it won’t be as hot as the afternoon, but just the thought of waking up at 6:00 am is terrible. But, on the other hand, I do feel great after a morning workout and it does have a lot of benefits like giving you more energy during the day and improving your productivity during the day.

So yeah, I think I made up my mind (I just needed to write it to convince myself), tomorrow I’m going to wake up very early and workout before going to work. It will be difficult tomorrow but I will hopefully get used to it pretty quickly and I’m pretty confident it will be better.
