I did it! I woke up at 6 a.m. this morning to workout and I loved it. I wasn’t working in the morning because I didn’t want to wake up so early but waking up a little bit earlier is better for now. I had forgotten how good exercising first thing in the morning feels. It was so much nicer than working out in the afternoon. It was still very hot and a had three fans in the room but it didn’t feel like it was over 100 degrees like it does in the afternoon. I also had so much energy since I had just woken up from sleeping almost eight hours that I was able to put in a lot of energy and do my best.

Today I did a Kickboxing video, which I don’t usually do on Wednesday. I normally do Yoga on Wednesday because I’m tired and don’t really feel like jumping around too much, but starting the morning with Kickboxing was great. It really woke me up!

Thanks to this new morning routine I had a very good day; I was ready for work earlier, I was very productive and more alert at work, and I was even in a better mood. I thought I was going to get tired at work because I woke up earlier, but I didn’t.

The best part is that now that I am tired, I have time to sit down, write a little and just relax. I don’t have to force myself to go to walk or do Yoga, Pilates or any on those. I love that I have time to write again. Lately, I hadn’t had so much time to write at the end of the day, but now I will have more time so I hope I can start posting more frequently again, which really makes me happy.
