After resting yesterday, I want back to trying to complete the three miles today. Today I tried something new; I have been trying something different almost everyday.
I decided I wanted to do something different for each mile today, so three different exercises. First I walked/ran on the treadmill. Here I did one mile in 19 minutes.
Then I did a walking workout video. I intentionally ran in place when I was supposed to walk in place to try to finish the mile faster and it worked! The video was 19 minutes long, I finished in 16 minutes.
Finally, I used the stationary bike and did a couple more videos on YouTube. I don’t know if in the end I finished the last mile but I feel like I did.
