Since I finished Insanity Max (I love saying that) on Saturday, I had to choose the next program I was going to do. I was caught between Let’s get up and Insanity. They are both by the same coach, Shaun T but they are very different.
I had already done Insanity like 10 years ago. That was before the TBI and I doubted I would ever do it again but doing Insanity Max makes me think maybe I can. Let’s get up is new but I was curious and a friend did it and told me it was good so I thought I’d give it a try.
I tried Let’s get up first for a few minutes but I didn’t get it so I decided to move on to Insanity. I didn’t remember but the first day is not that bad because it’s the Fit test and I think I actually did well today, or not bad. After I was done with those 25 minutes, I felt like I could do something else so I gave Let’s get up another try.
The second time I tried for a little longer than the first time but I still couldn’t finish the video. I got bored, I was tired and I had trouble following what they were doing. It was probably me, but I can’t exercise and dance at the same time. I can exercise and I can sort of dance, butI can do both at the same time.
But I tried and tomorrow I’m doing 42 minutes of Insanity. I don’t know how it will go,if I’m going to do better or worse than last time or if it will be my last day of Insanity, but I’m going to try my best. I’ll be sure to let you know how it goes.
