We do amazing things when we’re motivated, like yesterday morning for instance, I didn’t hesitate to get out of bed when I heard my alarm. I went straight into my workout. I didn’t have all day to do it like I usually do so I had to hurry and I really couldn’t, or didn’t want to skip it either. I really wanted my break today.

I was tired during my workout yesterday and had to take a few breaks but I had to do it because it was the last day of week three. That’s was my motivation to get through it. I just needed to focus for 40 minutes and I’d be done with my third week of Insanity.

I didn’t realize how tired I was until this morning when I didn’t get out of bed until 11 am. I hope I recovered enough by sleeping so much that I’m ready to start again tomorrow and begin week four.

After week four, or month one, there’s recovery week. I’m a little scared of recovery week because if it’s anything like the Cardio Recovery video, it’s going to be painful. It’s not high intensity, at least nor from what I remember, it just hurts a little. But, after all this, I kind of deserve a less intense week, I just need enough motivation to get through this one.
