Just started the last month of PiYo today. Just four more left in this program but I’m thinking about doing one of the hybrid workouts when I’m done. There are two hybrid workouts, one is PiYo and P90X, the other is PiYo and T25. I might do the se Indy one, PiYo and T25 but I don’t want to get ahead of myself because I still have four weeks left.

These last four weeks don’t look like they’re going to be easy, or maybe I’m just tired. Now I have to use the strength slides for a couple of the videos and that makes everything more difficult and intense. I had to take a few breaks towards the end or the workout because I was too tired. But the fact that it’s more challenging doesn’t mean I can’t do it, it just means it’s more difficult. It’s going to take me a few tries to get used to it but I’ll get there.

I can do this.
