Today I began week 16 of PiYo, the last week of the program. I can’t believe I have been found this for 16 weeks. After four months of this high intensity, low impact routine, I’m used to the workouts and feel comfortable with most of the moves but I’m tired.
I’m very tired today because today’s workout was 50 minutes long. I don’t mind it that much because I keep thinking about being so close to the end with just five more days left.
Now I’m trying to not chicken out about the next program, PiYo/ Focus T25 Hybrid.
