I wasn’t sure if this was going to work but week one of blogging after I exercise was a success so here I go again. It pushed me to exercise six days of the week which is way better than what I can usually do when I get lazy.
After seeing how well last week went, I started again today. I exercised a little later that I usually do but I did it! I walked for half an hour and ran for the duration of one song. I still can’t run for longer than two or three minutes which is what a song usually lasts, but hopefully soon I will be able to run for more than one song.
After walking a little over one mile in half an hour I waved on to two short exercise videos for abs and arms. I don’t do very long or difficult videos but just enough to stay in shape.
Really motivated for week two so let’s do it!
