Finished week three of PiYo a couple of hours ago. Today’s workout was Strength Intervals and I really didn’t know what to expect. It was a little different then the others but I liked it because I felt like it included cardio.

Even though it was a short video and I didn’t think I did that well because it was my first time doing it, I’m tired. I really feel it in my legs. Now I’m a little worried because I don’t think it’s going to get any easier from now on.

I have been exercising in the afternoons, after work for the past week, I have to keep this up and not find an excuse to stop, even if it gets difficult and I get tired. I can do this!
