I still haven’t finished the 60 Minutes of Cardio Strength and Yoga Collection I started in July. I knew it would be difficult when I started it but I was up for the challenge and very optimistic about being able to finish it in one month. However, after attempting to do several twice or even three times a week didn’t work out for me. I was exhausted.

I haven’t lost interest in it, I still want to finish, like I have all the other challenges I have set out to do since the beginning of the year. I really enjoy doing it and I’m proud every time I get all three videos done, but it’s difficult doing that challenge more than once a week. It’s exhausting. Three 20 minute videos before and after going to work is a lot.

I thought I would be able to do this, two, maybe three times a week and I tried but I realized it was too much after trying it.

I have already finished seven days, that’s more than half the challenge, which has a total of 36 videos divided into 12 days, three each day. I’m more than halfway done, but if I want to finish before September I’m going to try to squeeze in more than one a week.

In case I don’t finish before September, yesterday I started another collection for August. This is the Train to Row a Fast 2000 Meter Collection. This one only has 6 videos; three 10 minute, two 20 minute and one 30 minute rowing videos. I haven’t done that many Rowing videos or used the rowing machine that much since we got it a few years ago but I want to give it a chance and do something different.

I did the first video yesterday and it wasn’t bad but I did feel a little weird standing up from the rowing machine, and that was just 10 minutes. Let’s see how it goes when I try 20 and 30 minutes.

Trying to finish two collections at the same time is going to be a real test but I can this; I’m Unstoppable.
