I have a closet!

I have a closet! Or the pieces that will become a closet when we put them together, hopefully soon. That's a big deal because up until now I had no idea where I was going to fit a closet. There was the time when we hoped to make the laundry room a part of my … Continue reading I have a closet!

Benefits of exercise to the brain

Aside from working hard on the new apartment, trying as hard as I can to watch the World Cup and trying to find a job, I've continued doing the T25 workouts. Medicine can help with controlling our emotions, but they can't help us recognize them. I take an anti depressant but I still have to constantly ask people if they are kidding ( … Continue reading My emotional compass

Check this out: Stanford researchers listen for silent seizures with "brain stethoscope" that turns brain waves into sound This is an article about this pretty awesome thing neurologists at Stanford are developing that allows doctors and nurses to hear a seizure.
